Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility is transferred to the customer.

Sensefulls is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, we are unable to guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier issues
  • Weather or external factors

Sensefulls is not liable for shipping delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
